Model 6004-UFA Universal Flex Adapter (UFA) is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid The UFA is an integral part of creating a rock solid rig that rides right where I want it to. I'm using this with a single strap leg shroud to carry 2 mags, a Glock 19 in an ALS holster and an ASP baton. The UFA allows the flexibility to bring the whole rig up fairly high on the leg and prevents the play that is usually present in drop leg holsters. My only gripe with Safariland gear is the design of the belt attachments and paddle design. I tried the DFA, which has basically no contour where it attaches to a belt. I also tried attaching via the UFA and the 568BL paddle, which has a contour that only works if you want to carry in the 4-4:30 position (great for just a holster, terrible for a drop leg rig). I also tried attaching via the 745BL clip--this works fine, but could be a bit more comfortable as this method places the weight of the rig all in a 3" space. My solution has been to use the paddle attachment from my Blade-Tech/5.11 Thumbdrive holster, attached to the UFA. There's no weird contour and the weight is evenly distributed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it Just added this little guy to my leg harness with the quick attachment at the top. So I can add it and take it off my comp belt as need. It's also provides a lot of adujestment which was great

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good addition I bought this few weeks ago and attached it to my duty belt. I did switch out the paddle as I personally do not like it. However, I did find another use for the paddle, I attached a QLS plate to it and now I can just put on my duty holster whenever I need it in plain clothes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used with Single Strap Thigh rig I attached Safariland’s paddle and single strap thigh rig to this for use at range. Turned our to be an excellent configuration. The weight of the gun is the only tactile indicator that I have it on. My only beef would be price, I think $8 - $12 would be more reasonable since it is an attaching accessory for already purchased equipment. Nevertheless, good accessory.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product I run this and a paddle to my drop holster and its awesome quick on and off for Swat call outs and detective call outs. I was initially concerned about it staying on my belt while moving and running after 2 months of use and several range and Swat trainings ive had no issues
