Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality Product I've used this flashlight holder for two years now. It is extremely durable and scuff resistant. I really appreciate the fact that it hasn't stretched out like many of the cheap leather holders that I've used in the past. Typical Safariland quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsecure. Originally when I ordered this holder I assumed that the encasing was also made of leather. After I received it one of the first things I noticed was that the encasing was in fact plastic. I was iffy as to how secure this would hold a $130 flashlight. Coincidentally, I did end up losing my flashlight while running on duty.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overall Featurea It is truly a good look to go with your setup if you’re like me and like everything on your belt to match. However, I purchased this case for my Surefire Lawman light and after 4 weeks in heat the retention is not there. I had to install an additional clip made by bladetec on the back plate over the belt loop in order to re-establish the retention integrity. It would be an expensive flashlight to lose over a foot pursuit. In other words, Safariland makes a superior looking product, but they should come up with a better retention system. Same happened with my double mag belt pouch which only has a leather loop in the back. The loop simply stretches after a short time and slides everywhere. Granted the top flaps kept the mags in place. Safariland, please think of how we depend on your product and how it’s necessary for it to remain the way it was our of the box for longer than 12 months at least until next uniform reimbursement.
