• Present – 1976 – Owner, operator, head instructor of the Rogers Shooting School

• Present – 1971 – Inventor of numerous products for LE and Military use including:

• 1971 - The first all plastic holster, “Kydex”

• 1976 - The first Laminate holster

• 1976 - The first Level 1 security holster

• 1978 - The first Level 2 holster

• 1983 - The first Level 3 holster

• 1987 - The first competition holster with internal locking device, “Final Option"

• 2003 - The first level 4 holster

• 1991-1965 – numerous state, national, and international shooting titles, trap, IPSC, NRA-Bianchi, US Silver USPSA Team, including the first person to ever shoot a clean score on the Bianchi Mover in competition, and the first person to break the 3 second run on the Bianchi plate x count.

• 1991-1984 - founding member, #008, vice president, Area 6 Director, and Board of directors for USPSA-IPSC.
