As a Police Officer for a large metropolitan city I was issued a Safariland holster. Being that the gear is not fit for each officer my long arms made for an unnatural draw. With this extension I feel as through my draw is more natural, therefore my quick. Very easy install. If you find the butt of your pistol is too far up on your waistline do yourself a favor and get this attachment!

Love the drop
I bought this to get my duty weapon out of my rib cage and it is working perfectly. Even with my short stature, this drop is great. I haven't had any problems adjusting my draw, if anything it's smoother now.

Mid ride holster adapter issued by my agency was not comfortable for draw due to my height and arm length. Ordered the 1.5 drop piece and couldn't be happier! More natural draw and more comfortable.

SMALL DROP MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE!
I recently purchased the Low Ride Universal Belt Loop and it was noticeably more comfortable the moment I put it on. The bottom of the holster doesn't rub against my leg anymore, and although it's only a 1 1/2" drop, it surprisingly makes for a more natural draw. For $20, you will not regret it!

A good option for a great holster.
The 6075UBL places the holster at a height that clears my vest and enables a natural draw. I had hoped to use my 6378 holster as a regular belt holster by replacing the existing platform with the 6075UBL carried in a duty rig position. After wearing it at home set up this way and practicing the draw for a couple of days, I ended up adding a leg strap to stabilize the rig during the draw. The holster is very stable with one strap and the draw is exactly like I was used to with the leg platform. This set-up solves the problems of the leg platform when running and operating from a vehicle. I do wonder how use of a stiffer material may improve the stability of this device when used without a strap. I recommend this item as an inexpensive option for anyone who owns a Safariland holster.

When I first entered law enforcement I was issued a SamBrown holster with a swivel. This holster belt loop adapter makes carrying my pistol almost as comfortable as my first. It gives me great hand placement for access to my weapon.
