Model M12 Universal Military Holster is rated 3.6667 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beyond Durable I bought this holster and the accompanying shoulder rig thinking that it wouldn't last as long as the Galco* jacka$$* rig that came in leather. To my surprise it was easier to maneuver and quite durable. I've gone through about 15 or so different holsters for just about every conceivable way of carrying my service weapon and by far the M12 gave me the most options for the reasonable price. This came with the obvious uniform compliance that was necessary to keep in good order, and out of my CSMs crosshairs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Your HOLSTER FINDER needs much improvement! I own a Beretta M9A1 and wanted to find a QUALITY holster for it. I typically use a Bianchi 19L for all my automatic pistols. Using your HOLSTER FINDER I found a match and purchased it. The weapon fits PERFECTLY in the holster BUT, the thumb snap does go around the weapon. So I returned it! Since my weapon is used in the US armed services, I chose to go completly GI. Your M12 Universal Military Holster WAS the logical choice! Still using your HOLSTER FINDER I input all the details it needed to find the "RIGHT" holster. That's as far as I got. I was still on the M12's web page and it said, "YOUR SELECTED FIREARM IS NOT COMPATIBLE. FIREARMS THAT FIT THIS HOLSTER ARE LISTED IN THE GUN FIT CHART". WHAT THE? The discription says, "The M12 is the standard issue holster for the U.S. Armed Forces for the Beretta M9 sidearm. Ambidextrous, this holster was designed to fit the 5 in. Beretta 92 pistol." Please excuse my ignorance! It's my understanding that when the US government adopted the Beretta 92 in 1985, and the issue holster WAS the M12. Is this correct? I would VERY much like to purchase a M12 or the UM841 for my Beretta M9A1 but you HOLSTER FINDER will not let me get the part number I need to order one. I would perfer either a M12 in COYOTE TAN but apparently that NOT an option so I am looking for a UM841 in COYOTE TAN. This is NOT the first time you HOLSTER FINDER gave out wrong information! Could you please send me the correct part number of a coyote tan UM841 that will FIT my M9A1 and I would buy it! As it is now I will still stay with Bianchi products but you NEED TO FIX YOUR HOLSTER FINDER!!! I am a devote BIANCHI FAN. I just wished the were still made in the USA!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adaptable and fits a 1911a1 I was issued this with my RFI before deploying to OIF 3. I never used it. Well I was looking for a holster for my 1911 and I rembered this holster. I know it is for the M9 but it also works with a 1911. I was very supprised to see it fit like a glove.
