Safariland™, a BAE Systems line of business, announced today that it has completed delivery of ballistic protection kits to Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding for use on each of 12 U.S. Navy escort vessels. The 64-foot Screening Escort Vessels (SEV) will be operated by the U.S. Coast Guard for securing high-value naval assets.
