Hatch® Introduces New Friskmaster™ Supermax™ Cut-Resistant Glove

Hatch®, part of the BAE Systems Products Group, announces today the introduction of the new Model SB8500 Friskmaster™ Supermax™ cut-resistant glove, providing improved protection from razors, knives and other sharp objects in a comfortable leather-lined gloves.
A leading supplier of premium gloves and other protective gear serving the law enforcement, military medical and commercial markets since 1968, Hatch develops task-specific products by combining field test data and consumer feedback with years of design and fabrication experience. Every Hatch glove is tested five times before it leaves the production floor, and is subjected to rigorous quality and safety assurance tests similar to those conducted by the National Institute of Justice and the European Committee for Standardization.
The new Model SB8500 Friskmaster Supermax cut-resistant glove received the CE EN 388-certified level five cut resistance rating, the highest level of blade-cut resistance, and also earned a level five rating on dexterity tests from the CE EN 420 standards.
Offering increased durability and usability with 100 percent Goatskin leather construction with water- and fade-resistant treatments, the Model SB8500 Friskmaster Supermax cut-resistant glove features a Dyneema® lining that is up to 15 times stronger than quality steel and up to 40 percent stronger than other man-made, high-performance fibers. The Dyneema polyethylene fiber lining also offers improved comfort, flexibility and increased dexterity for strength and cut protection using minimal weight. The glove also incorporates an extended, elasticized cuff and a floating thumb design for increased mobility and usability.
The Model SB8500 Friskmaster Supermax is available in black in sizes XS-XXL, with an MSRP of $55.00.
