Safariland Introduces Springfield XD Fits to its GLS Holster Series
ONTARIO, California – Safariland® announces today the release of two new fits to its GLS™ (Grip Locking System) holster line. Introduced earlier this year, GLS models continue to grow in popularity and all models are now available for the Springfield Armory XD 4" Service and the XD(M) model handguns. The GLS series combines security and an intuitive draw in a compact design with its patent-pending retention device which is disengaged only by drawing the handgun with a proper shooting grip.

Bobby McGee Wins Puerto Rico IDPA National Championship with Safariland Range Series
Safariland congratulates team member Bobby McGee for winning the Stock Service Revolver (SSR) Division at the 2014 Puerto Rico IDPA Nationals held at the RL Shooting Club in Caguas, Puerto Rico. McGee competed with the Safariland® Range Series - a line designed with IDPA sports in mind - wearing the Model 332 Range Belt and the Model 5187 Open Top Concealment Belt Holster for the S&W 686 revolver he used.

Team Safariland Michael Voigt Takes the Win at Florida Open Pistol Championship with Safariland ELS Rig
Safariland congratulates Team Safariland members, Michael Voigt for taking first place in the Men’s Open Senior Division and Maggie Reese for her fourth place finish in the Ladies Production division of the Florida Open Pistol Championship in Frostproof, Fla. hosted by the Universal Shooting Academy. Both Voigt and Reese competed using a Safariland® ELS rig which allowed them to reconfigure their gear for each course of fire.

The hour long special features various new products launched at the 2014 SHOT Show. The GLS series is the newest line of holsters from Safariland, which feature a patent-pending retention device that securely holds the handgun in place and intuitive middle finger draw.

Mustang Survival Offers Free Inflatable PFD Inspection Service at the Vancouver International Boat Show
As the official personal floatation device (PFD) of the Vancouver Boat Show, Mustang Survival is happy to provide free onsite inflatable PFD inspection services to all boat show attendees. Inflatable PFDs should be inspected and maintained regularly to ensure they are in good condition. Boat show attendees with questions about the maintenance or re-arming of their PFD are encouraged to come by the Mustang Survival booth #265 to speak with product experts.
