Safariland®, a BAE Systems business, introduced today the Hatch® Impactor™, a unique, non-ballistic, multi-functional arm shield that is durable and lightweight and provides for protection of the officer in both defensive and counter-strike situations. It is designed to work in concert with defensive baton techniques and/or OC spray.

Safariland, a BAE Systems line of business, announced today that it has released the Hatch Model SOG-HKG Operator™ HKG Gauntlet glove. This tactical glove features the longer length to protect the wrist and forearm in tactical applications and close-quarters combat. These gloves are constructed of durable goatskin in the palms and knuckles for superior abrasion and tear resistance, and feature a hard knuckle design for protection and sound buffering for a more tactical posture.

The SGK100FR features a Kevlar® back for excellent heat and flash protection. It protects against flame and will not combust up to 800°F (427°C).
