Bill Rogers

Has been a member of Team Safariland at its start in 1985, and has won numerous state, national and international shooting titles over the years. He is the inventor of the first "Kydex" holster, the first "Security Holster" and holds patents for many other shooting products. He has also been the owner and operator of the Rogers Shooting School for over 30 years.

• 1965-1991: Numerous state, national, and international shooting titles, trap, IPSC, NRA-Bianchi, US Silver USPSA Team, including the first person to ever shoot a clean score on the Bianchi Mover in competition

• 1976-2009: Owner, operator, head instructor of the Rogers Shooting School

• 1971: Inventor of the first all plastic holster, “Kydex”

• 1976-2008: Inventor of the first Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 security holsters

• 1984-1991: Founding member, #008, vice president, Area 6 Director, and Board of directors for USPSA-IPSC

• 1987: Inventor of the first competition holster with internal locking device, “Final Option"

• Author of “Be Fast, Be Accurate, Be the Best”
